Automated message from "Fraud Prevention Team" re money was about to be taken out of my account!!!!!

They've spoofed a generic 'Fraud Prevention Team' name because they're too lazy to impersonate a real bank — tell-tale sign you're being conned. Hang up immediately and ring your actual bank's number from the back of your card; a genuine fraud alert never comes from an unknown number demanding immediate action.

Stop and think before you act. If something feels urgent, threatening, or too good to be true — that urgency is the weapon. Scammers use pressure to override your judgement. Nothing is ever so urgent that you can't take five minutes to check, call back on a number you found yourself, or ask someone you trust.
