Three will never ring you out of the blue demanding action over the phone — if you're genuinely a customer, ring Three directly on the number from your bill or their official website. The Indian accent and high-pressure tactics are dead giveaways; proper telcos don't operate that way.
Anyone can claim to be from your bank, the police, HMRC, or any authority. Ask for their name and department, hang up, and call back on a number you found independently. Your bank or the police will never ask you to move money to a 'safe account' — that account belongs to the criminal.
